UKSSA re-elects Paul Caldwell as chairMr Caldwell will continue to steer the work of UKSSA in setting the highest, independently-audited standards in the security shredding industry

The United Kingdom Security Shredding Association (UKSSA) has re-elected Paul Caldwell as its chair for a further two years.
Mr Caldwell first became chair in 2019 and was voted in for a new term at UKSSA’s Annual General Meeting last month (Dec 5) in London.
The founder and managing director of Swansea-based equipment supplier, Recycling Plant and Machinery Ltd, Mr Caldwell has over 20 years’ experience working in the recycling and security shredding sector.
He also works in Business Development for energy recovery specialist IQR Systems AB and sits on the board of the Wood Recyclers’ Association.
Working alongside UKSSA Secretary Simon Ellin, he will continue to steer the work of the UKSSA in setting the highest, independently audited standards within the security shredding industry.
A key priority will be raising the profile of the Association as an independent voice for the sector and the only UK trade association dedicated to the security shredding industry.
Mr Caldwell said: “I’m delighted and proud to have been elected to stay on as chair. Thank you to all UKSSA members for your continued support, and to those of you in the security shredding or product destruction business, I encourage you to consider joining our association to stay ahead of the curve.”
